All classes are beginner-friendly and can be modified to fit your personal wellness goals.


Mindful Movement

Mondays 8am @ Tawaste

Start your week off right, with some intention setting and gentle movement. This floor-based class is a great way to ease into your day.

Work It Circuit

Mondays 6pm @ ETCC

This beginner-friendly circuit interval class will have you feeling sweaty and confident in no time!

Warrior Wake Up

Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:30am @ ETCC

This uplifting and energizing class is a great combo workout that includes stretching, cardio, weights, dance, and yoga. There’s something for everybody!

Cardio Drumming

Tuesdays 6pm @ ETCC

This is a fun-for-all cardio class that will have you laughing and forgetting that you are even working out! Come check it out on Tuesdays at the Community Center.

Midday Mobility & Balance

Wednesdays 12pm @ ETCC

Practice movements that assess your flexibility and range of motion. A low-impact class that improves your overall quality of life. Leave this class feeling stronger and ready to take on the day/world!

Groove

Thursdays 6:30pm @ Tawaste

This interactive and very approachable dance-based movement class teaches you a few simple steps that unite you with the music. If you can move you can Groove!

Free Family 5K

Thursdays 5pm walkers/5:30 runners

Join us every Thursday at the Community Center Pavilion to walk/jog our 3.1-mile loop. Have fun, do what you can, and meet back for a photo finish.

Free Community Yoga

Fridays 6pm @ Tawaste

Join us for a free community class every Friday evening. First Fridays of the month we host a post-yoga potluck!

Free Family Bootcamp

Saturdays 9am

Join us every Saturday at the East Tawas Community for a few rounds of fun exercises that will work every part of your body, including your brain! Have fun, do what you can, and let’s kick the weekend off right!
